Tried changing my yearly plan to monthly before the transaction

    My card has charged for 390$ I want to pay monthly instead of yearly

    I tried changing the yearly plan to monthly 2 to thrice, it shows it plan have changed to monthly but still it does not reflect.

    You can try it yourself plan won't change to monthly

    Could you refund my amount and charge me monthly instead of yearly

    Good day, we have cancelled your Silver yearly subscription(I-WTA3EW60CAHX), and put your account "technooyster_com" back to free plan, so you can purchase a new plan if you want to. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the $390.00 charge to be refunded.
