Our JotForm is not letting us view images. It says that it is set under a team member's name, but she has set us as collaborators, and we still can't view it. How can we troubleshoot this?
Also, is there a way to change the JotForm account email but keep the form and link we have to create to set it to a generic company email that multiple people can view through?We might need to upgrade our account. We are not sure how to fix the ability to view images.

Please ask the form owner to disable the required log-in privacy options from the account settings.
See the image below.
That should let you view the images.
