My customers report getting a message that reads "DPRP is disabled for this merchant" when they attempt to buy a subscription. Paypal says everything is fine on their end. I am curently using the free service until I get more activity and need to step up to a paid level. Do I need to be at a paid service level to use subscriptions?

the "DPRP is disabled for this merchant" is an issue related with the setting of the PayPal Pro account used with the form, the owner of the payPal pro account should add the “Recurring Payment Module” to its paypal settings
