Hi I@m trying to use your APP also but it wont' allow me to login in saying the username and password is incorrect. I've tried it loads of times now and have triple checked spelling/upper and lower case.
It is not a mistake that I am making.

We are using an android phone and an I phone 4, your app was downloaded
from Google Play and Apple store. The issue we have is the app is not
recognising our log in details, we have checked and double checked, the
details we are entering are correct.
Hi Louise, I checked this on my iPhone 4S (iOS 7.0.2) and I was able to use the App and log into it with no issues. I know the Iphone App is outdated from 2009 though but it should still be working even with the new release of iOS 7. However, we're aware of previous issues with the App and we're working to update this with a completely new and revamped version of the JotForm App but at this time it is not yet ready nor can we provide an estimated timeframe as to when it will be rereleased but you can expect it soon at some point in time in the upcoming months.
As for the Android App to my knowledge it looks like our developers updated the Android JotForm App yesterday at some point since I can see here it shows October 6th, 2013. I checked this one and it was working on my end as well with the same results.
I would suggest restarting your phone to see if this helps. You may additionally need to clear phone app caches which may also aid in fixing this problem. Usually a delete and reinstallation of the App will self-resolve this but here are two references incase you need more information on how to do this.
