    Hi Team,


    I am trying to upgrade my account but unfortunately, my account got blocked. Can you please reactive the account so that i can upgrade the plan

    I did check your account and found that it is currently suspended as your form is suspected to be used for phishing. I am escalating this thread to our form review team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.
