Made form so it was broken into sections and the end user would have to click on submit

So, as above, but the end user has to click on submit to get to page 2. I do not see how I can change it back to one log survey.

If I'm getting you correctly then if you want to change your form from Cards layout(every question in a page) to Classic layout(the whole form can be in a single page) then follow the steps in this guide:
