    I have cleared your form cache from our end. Please test your form again and see if it is being displayed correctly. Also, could you please let us know if the users facing the issue are accessing from Turkey?

    It seems the form.jotform.com sub-domain is blocked at the ISP level in Turkey. While our backend team is looking into this, I would suggest you, please use the https://www.jotform.com domain and see if you can access your forms.

    For example:

    Instead of using the form URL: https://form.jotform.com/form/xxxxx

    Please use the following form URL: https://www.jotform.com/form/xxxxx.

    For your form, it would be https://www.jotform.com/form/90973071840964

    We are trying to access through new forms but no luck still.


    I do not want to cancel my subscription but would like to cancel upgrade when the problem occurred at the beginning I thought the problem is at the billing and upgrading. So because of this server problem at sub-domain, I had to upgrade my subscription for no reason and paid extra $205.95. I would like that to be refunded please. Thank you.
