Is there a way to pre-populate the order details for an Authorize.net ecom checkout form?

Asked by grantpardon on October 03, 2013 at 07:51 AM

We only sell a single subscription service at a single price point.  It is possible to pre-poplate our monthly subscription price offering into the Authorize.net enabled Jotform checkout form so that users are not required to select it?

We feel this would help streamline our checkout process and eliminate some confusion and cart abandonment.  If this is possible please provide some instructions of tips.

in order to have your monthly subcription selected by default, you can select the option "Selected by default" from the subscription details, inside your payment tool wizard, please follow the next instructions:

    From your form builder:

1 -  Click on the "Payment tool" icon wizard.

2 - The next window will be "Account Information" leave it like it is and click "next",

3 -  The next window will be "Payment Options" leave it like it is and click "next",

4 - At the "Subscriptions" windows: Select your item,  and check the option "Selected by default".

Save subscription, click on next and the Finish.

    Hope it helps
