Jotform Table: Input Table's submission data are not showing correctly

    Hi,


    Hope you can help,

    We have a table on one of our forms, we enter the data, save then print.

    The data from the form is switching column when viewing or printing, i've included 2 screen shots to show an example.

    When editing the form it shown like this (how it supposed to look)

    When we save and go to print this form it is showing:

    As you can see the data from the columns switches and the comments on the side are not displayed.


    Can you please help us solve this issue.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I tested your form but I can't seem to replicate the issue, the data in the input table are displayed correctly in the PDF document. May we know what "print" are you referring to? I can't seem to figure that out, I'm viewing the submitted data from the PDF document I've created.

    See the image below, data are currently matching.

    Also, please try making another test submission and see if the issue still persists. I have cleared your form's cache as a possible fix to the issue.

    Thank you for looking in to this matter.

    I've just made a new entry called "Test" (job 103) if you view the form it will show the following:

    but if you click "edit" on this entry it shows the following (which is correct) it is adding "tick" and not showing comments.

    Hi Arlo, thank you for reaching back and clarify to us.

    I have cloned your form and did a test submission, I was unable to recreate the issue too. However, I have checked that the Input Table's submission and what's shown in the Tables are different.

    Please allow me to escalate this issue to our backend team. We will notify you via this ticket as soon as we have updates.
