Cloning/Duplicating Your Existing Forms

Hi,

Please follow the steps below to clone your form:

1. Go to the "My Forms" page.
2. From the top left, click the "Create Form" button.
3. Choose "Import Form" from the "Create a Form" options.
4. Select "Clone your existing form".
5. In the "Select from your forms" option, select the form you want to clone.
