Form: Unable to connect with Paypal

    I am trying to set up payment options on a Jott form and I keep getting an error code when trying to connect to PayPal. Do I have to set up a merchant account?

    Hi Katrina, thank you for reaching us.

    Could you kindly try to create an account, verified your email, and give it another try? Please be noted that Paypal Business account should be used with Paypal Business integration.

    Let us know if the issue persists on your side.

    I was able to finally connect to PayPal. Thank you. I seem to be having another issue. Each item that is listed for sale has a quantity listed.

    Once you pick a quantity it will not allow you to choose more then one item but enters a number in all of the item boxes from the drop down. So I click on an item I wsnt to purchase and it auto fills all the items with out allowing me to change them or add them to my order. Any fixes for this?
