    How to put Check Payments to my form Incomplete Section?

    I have this live URLhttp://form.jotformpro.com/form/32684156461962 and i am no longer getting incomplete registrations is there something I need to do? It was working and now its not working can you help?

    Hi,

    Good day! That simply means that your users/customers/submitters have successfully send you the payment after they are being redirected to the Paypal Payment Made.

    If you want to get notified for pending payment, you can enable that by following the below visual guide:

    I want the people who pay by check to stay in the incomplete section instead they are going to the completed section.  How can I change this?

    Hi Reyna,

    Unfortunately, that is not possible. Incomplete Payment can only be triggered once submitters won't pay you after they are redirected to the Payment Page (example: Paypal). 

    I would suggest integrating your form to Google Spreadsheet: Google Spreadsheet Integration so you can monitor payments made by Check. One you received the payment, put "PAID" to another column. 

    OR, use our workaround such as the one provided to this guide: How to Add a Submissions Status.
