Creating Online Order From

I am trying to create an online order from with using a template. I have been trying to use your templates for several days now and with no luck I have several questions with using a template. Do you have support staff that can help me with my online order form other then email? I am very new to all of this and the responses I have received are way over my head. I do not understand css codes, i do not have a url. The form i am trying to make I have used the same concept several times when personally ordered online items. so I know it can be done I just need some one on one help Could someone maybe callobrate with me to help me out??? This has now become a time sensitive matter. I would be more then happy to do a zoom call or adobbe connect to get some one n one help!! The struggle with something that I have done several time when placing online orders has me in tears.
