Unable to add SMTP accoount to send email notifications

    I have an additional G Suite email address that I would like to add to be able to send from. Despite following all of the articles I can find on how to set this up I keep getting an error when I try and add the address. It is giving me an SMTP error. I have followed all the steps here;


    Please let me know if there is something else I should be doing.

    Is the same setup works with any other email clients such as Outlook or other? The setup seems to be displaying correct on the screenshot. However, based on the error message displayed, it looks like an issue with the login credentials. Please check if you are using correct password. Also, please try changing the port to 465 (SSL) to see if that makes any difference.
