I used the skip/hide page conditional logic, as shown below:
When I do this, the page that I skipped still shows the back/next buttons on Page 8, as well as the HIPAA seal.
I tried also using conditional logic to hide the page break, thinking this would advance the user to the next page without the buttons showing up.
The buttons didn't show up, but the image below shows that the only thing on the page now is the HIPAA seal, which doesn't allow the user to advance any further or finish the form.
How do I skip the page and get the user to the next page without forcing them to tap numerous unnecessary buttons?

The Page Break that you are seeing is actually for Page 10. As you'll notice, when I click next, the page goes to Page 11.
This is because you have a condition that hides everything in Page 10 excluding the Page Break.
You can either hide all the fields on a certain page or to be precise, just use the Hide Page condition.
