Submissions: Unable to access submissions

    We created an internal survey for our staff, called 'work from home survey' and there are 11 submissions, i checked on Friday and they were there and fine, i read through them all. then i have come back now and they are all blank!

    Please help me recover the responses and explain how they have been wiped?

    I was able to replicate the problem. Our Developers are notified and they are working on it. As soon as we have more information, we will let you know.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have experienced an issue with EU region server and we have received an update from our backend team that the issue should be fixed by now. If you still notice any issue, please let us know. We will be happy to take a look again.
