How to copy the form to another user?

Would like to copy or transfer a JotForm I created from my account to that of another JotForm user-account. That doable?

If you wish to copy a form and leave the original on your account, you can use the option to clone a form using the URL:
https://www.jotform.com/help/42-how-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-a-url

If you with to completely move the form with all settings and submissions, please let us know the URL of a form you wish to move and the username of the account where they should be moved to, and we will move the forms for you.

Please note that the form owner needs to request the move.
