Submissions: Unable to view submission data

    Hello, we have about 20 submissions and possibly 6 active payments in our jotform but emails didn't send and now the data seems to have emptied out. Is there any way we can get the data back? We will be updating to Bronze once we can confirm the system works and data is safe?

    Hi, we have been notified that this issue is now fixed. Data should be visible in approximately 30 mins.
