How would we go about getting a non profit discount?

we are a non profit I read somewhere where we can obtain a discount? how would we go about doing that?

You can apply through the following page https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/. Our approval is within 24 to 48 hours. Once approved, you will receive a separate email from JotForm. You will also see the adjustment when you visit our pricing page.

For non-profits, we recommend having the organization's email address as the primary email address.
