I am not able to login to my account and not able to reset account password.

    I created an account tonight. The login is not letting me proceed forward. When I try to reset the password an email does not come. I have tried this twice and nothing comes to my email or my SPAM.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. You should be able to login to your account with a valid password.

    I have initiated the password reset from here. Please check your email inbox and see if you have received the password reset email or not. I am also escalating this issue to our backend team as well.

    I have not received the email letting me change the password. The login is still not working. Can you try re-sending the link to me? I am checking my SPAM and I still dont see anything. I would really like to get this resolved.

    I have tried sending another email with the password reset link. Could you please check again on your inbox? If it's not there, please try checking your SPAM folder.

    Also, I can see that this issue has been escalated to our backend team and still being investigated. As soon as we heard from them, we'll keep you apprised here.

    Unfortunately there is no email coming in still. Would it be best to terminate my account? I just set it up yesterday. If you can cancel the account and issue a refund I can setup a new account.
