    I scroll down upto the submit button, I have tried it on Iphone 4 and Android device and was able to submit the form. Jotform is compatible with mobile device. Have you tried different browser by the way?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately I don't have ipad to test the form. We can try reembedding the form with an iframe code. Can you please try replacing your embed code from this.

    To this:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//support.jotform.com/form/21051917820346" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:3846px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    <script type="text/javascript">window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}</script>

    and let me know if this works.

    Thanks,
