    Greetings,

    We already renew our subscription to silver plan but still there's a branding logo.

    Can we clarify this concern.

    Hi, thank you for contacting Jotform support.

    You can turn off the Jotform Branding by navigating to your account settings and uncheck the Show "Powered by Jotform" on my forms option. Kindly refer to the attached screenshot for your reference.
