I need to be able to cfreat custom forms for my customers.

I need a product that will not only capture information into a custom built form, but secure/protect/encrypt the data captured.

Also, I would like the data captured to be available to me in both data (database) format and an image or .pdf

    A) Yes it is. Our servers are securely encrypted

    B) This is up to you. The submitter can recieve the data he filled out or just a thank you note. Please check the guide below

    Creating a Form Autoresponder

-The submission data can be dowloaded in PDF format, as well as in Excel/CSV format.  You can also send this to your own database using your own server side code

Please check more information on this section guide
