The recce form is still not showing as a PDF attachment?

Could you please delete the notification email and then configure it once again?

Also, please be noted that if the PDF attachment size exceeds 5MB then it won't be attached to the email.

Thank you for your response, the pictures attached to the form probably exceed 5MB? How do we get around this?

Considerin that the email attachment limit cannot be increased, you can disable Send Uploads as Attachment option inside of the Email Notification settings, if you want to receive a PDF attachment.
