Jotform branding still active on my form after Broze Plan purchase

    I just purchased the Bronze Plan. I still see the Jotform branding active on my form. How to remove?

    Apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    Can you please tell us where exactly do you see Jotform Branding? I inspected your form, but I did not find it.


    I also checked your Settings page, and the Jotform Branding option is not selected.


    If your issue is related to an embedded form, provide us the webpage URL.
