Unable to view files uploaded to my form

    I added the feature to allow photo uploads but every upload from those who fill it out the form show up as “whoops the photo your looking for on jotform no longer exists” How can so fix this since everyone’s photo upload seems to have this happening?

    Apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    You are unable to view and download the uploaded files because the privacy option "Require log-in to view uploaded files." is selected on your Settings page and you were not logged into your account when you tried to view your files.

    If you want to view the uploaded files without login in, please disable the "Require log-in to view uploaded files." option.
