Hi My emails go to my junk folder. I am user UGlamour at jot forms. my website is www.uglamour.com My email provider is microsofts "windows live mail" my hotmail account and my firstname.lastname@example.org are both set up to be recieved by "windows live mail" My jot forms are set up to go to email@example.com. For six months they have been coming through as mail demons now as of yesterday they come through as junk mail.

Unfortunately, there are unscrupulous individuals who use Jotform in malicious internet activities, that is why our mail servers sometimes get flagged as Spam or Junk in other e-mail providers like Yahoo, Gmail, and in your case, Windows Live Mail.
As a workaround, you just need to train your Live account to not flag emails coming from our server as Junk.
To do so:
1. Go to your Junk Folder
2. Right-click the email that you received from our server
3. Choose Not Junk
This will then move the email to your inbox folder. Any subsequent emails coming from our server will then be sent directly to your inbox.
