How to make registration form as an access key?

Hi, i want to use jotform registration template as an access key.

Which is mean,they must register first before access to my website, if no registration, they can't explore explore my website.

Or, if they not register, they can't get the access link.

On the spot get a link after complete the form, without i need to email them back.

Can i get this kind of feature?
