My account is suspended, and I'd like to have it restored. Please help.

    Hello, my name is Floyd and I work with families to help them apply to high school. I use JotForm to review their submissions before they send them off.

    I do not collect any information deceptively. I'm very concerned that I won't be able to complete the children's/family's reviews in time for our deadline next week.

    I'd like to do whatever is necessary to be able to view my account again.
