I would like my customers to be able to fill out my form from their mobile devices (not an app, just the internet). The entire form does not show, therefore does not allow them to reach the bottom of the form where the "submit" button is located. Any suggestions?

Yes Forms created within JoForm are mobile optimized.
I would suggest to re-embed your form using iframe embed code. This should help fixed this issue. Getting the Form iFrame Code.
Kindly check your form after embedding using iFrame code on your mobile device and if problem persists, kindly let us know so that we could further investigate.
