Good morning, I'm having issues with converting forms in the new format. When I just try to print the completed form to a pdf, number 1 I don't like the format, and number 2 often things are cut off or omitted. When I try to download the form I get an invoice looking page that does not include all the information on the form. What am I missing?

Apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
If I understood correctly, your issue is related to JotForm Tables when selecting a submission and printing it. Can you please confirm that the issue is related to this option.
I checked a few submissions of your Pre-screening Questionnaire form, but I was not able to find the fields that are cut off, like on the screenshot you provided. Can you please provide us the IDs of the submissions where the issue is occurring?

Please note that the format of the PDF cannot be customized when using the Print option. If you want to create and download customized PDF reports, you can create a PDF Document in PDF Editor.

I think I figured it out. I have to go to the inbox and print from there...

I'm glad to hear that you can print it in Inbox without any issue. It's working fine in Inbox on my end as well, but I noticed that the PDF does not look exactly the same when printed from Inbox.
I also check the issue in Tables and this time I was able to see the issue you reported. Based on my tests the issue is related to the Page Size option in Print settings. The issue seems to be related only to the Letter option. If you change it to A4, the text will not be cut off.
I will report this issue to our developers so that they can fix it. If there is any update, we will inform you here.
