Can't log in

    Hello,

    I am unable to login to jotform. I am unsure of which email I have that is associated with logging in. I have completed the form to reset my password, but I have not been getting any emails. I have checked the spam folders.

    betsy@quadsystemsllc.com

    betsydeanqse@gmail.com

    I believe both of these have been used at some point. My user name is quadsystemsllc.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.


    The reason why you are not able to log into your account is that your account has been suspended as in the Hand Sanitizer Order Form you are asking for credit card details in clear.


    To reactivate your account, we would recommend you delete those fields and use one of our payment integration.


    We will then be able to activate your account.

    I can delete the entire form, however, I can't login to do that. That isn't a form that has been used, so removing it is not a problem.
