I am a long tim euser of Jotform & pay premium subscription.
I made a mistake and got invoiced on 2013-09-30 for 1 month, but I wanted to cancel this. Cancelation & invoice just crossed each others and I have been undeuly charged for 1 month. I would appreciate a refund for these 10 bucks.

I have already requested a refund for the paypal cancelled subscription. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be completed.
