    This is the link to the form that I CAN access:

    http://form.jotform.us/form/32444800337146

    The form I WANT to access is on this page:

    http://www.backtonatives.org/volunteer.shtml

    If I try to open it in Jotform it takes me to the Event Registration form.

    @backtonatives

    Both forms are different if you checked its form ID.

    The form embedded is: http://form.jotform.us/form/31948388278169

    And the form you posted here is: http://form.jotform.us/form/32444800337146

    Both forms are in your account. I can see it fine. Now, if the problem is on your My Forms page at Jotform, simply logout and log back in. Clear your browsers cache and relogin. It should help.

    Thanks!
