You keep sending emails saying that the upload space limit has been exceeded

    you keep sending emails saying that the upload space limit has been exceeded. However, all submissions have been deleted. So why is it still saying that there is no space left? I could not find any answers on your website.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I have checked your account and there are still uploaded files saved under your Rental Application form. I understand that you have tried to delete the submissions under that form, but the submissions were moved first to the Trash Entries of the Jotform Tables. You can delete the submissions from that section of the Jotform Tables to free your account's upload storage space.
