why dropbox limit the max file size, when DriveHQ has no such limit.

Hi Jeremy,

If you are referring to Dropbox - Jotform Integration, that's simply because the Dropbox API has its limits on uploaded files. https://www.dropbox.com/developers

May I suggest you to open a thread for your request about DriveHQ so we can forward it to our developers for consideration.
