JotForms - doesn't work on IE 10Asked by creativeservicesCRF on October 07, 2013 at 04:25 AM
Reason for creating another thread is there is nowhere I can find previous thread I posted - you need to sort this out or there will be alot of thread from me regarding same issue - unless my questions are answerred ASAP....
Like I said in my previous thread - the form doesn't work in IE10 but it works in IE8 why???? Chrome is no problem.
I have paid for this expecting this service will work cross browser no problem... How stupid does this look on me now, I have been questioned by my manager - I don't need this on Monday, so please sort this as a matter of urgency.

One quick solution for that is to re-embed your form using our iframe method: How to get your Form's Iframe Code.
Please try it and let us know when done so we can further check the form.
Wouldn't that do the same thing - I have done what you suggest -
iFrame method - and it does the same, IE10 attach image failed, on IE
8 it works no problem.
Attach is the screen shot on IE10 on your suggestion/solution.
Gori-mathewWouldn't that do the same thing - I have done what you suggest - iFrame method - and it does the same, IE10 attach image failed, on IE 8 it works no problem.Wing
JotForms.... any suggestion or solutions - on why doesn't the attach files work in Internet Explorer 10, but it works on Internet Explorer 8?
One of your solution using the iFrame method doesn't work... I need a solution or so sort of reply would be appreciated from a paid account - not very good service for someone/some company that paying for this service.
We deeply apologize for the inconveniences this have caused.
I cloned your form and tested it in IE10 and I had no issues attaching files. I was able to submit the form along with the uploaded files:
I would recommend you to clear your form caches and cookies, that should make a difference. However, I will be keeping an eye on this trying to replicate the issue and find a solution.
Please let us know if the issue still persists.
