I carefully created some forms for my two websites. however, just now it seems like I lost all of them when I was working on my iweb. When I logged onto your website to check it out, all my forms appear to be blank. Please get back to me and let me know what happened to my forms. I'm frightened.

Same issues as BestSong. I have all client website forms with JotForm, this needs to be sorted out asap as I cant have forms down.
I will need to look elsewhere as this is the second time in a week that this has happnened.
Lets get this fix
