Didn't receive Stripe confirmation email of 4 submissions

    Hello there,

    I have a form created with Jotform that has Stripe linked to it for people to purchase a membership for my website.

    Everything has been working well however, I didn't receive the Stripe confirmation email of 4 submissions. They appear on the Stripe reports but I didn't receive any email about them.

    Could this be a Stripe issue or a Jotform one?

    Hello! I believe that you're referring to this form: https://form.jotform.com/202472455015044/

    The email alerts such as notifications, autoresponders are sent by Jotform but I noticed that you've configured your SMTP server to send these email alerts. So, if you're facing issues with these email alerts, then kindly check your SMTP setup.

    Jotform doesn't send any emails other than these alert emails. So, if you're referring to Stripe emails (sent using Stripe's domain), then this issue is related to them.
