I cannot access my account

    I originally signed up with google account, but now I can't log in.

    Your account got suspended because your form is collecting credit card information using basic form fields.

    Gohead remove the guilty fields and reactivate my account. Also let me know
    which form should I use for collecting credit cards info?

    Please note that you cannot use any forms to collect credit card information as it violates our Terms of use and our PCI compliance.

    If you need to collect payments from your customers, you can use any of our authorized payment processors on your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/323-mastering-payment-form-integrations-with-jotform
