I'm trying to embed this into a Squarespace site. Form works fine on its own. When embedded after submission, the form disappears and there are no results.

    Hello,

I haven't been able to find where the form was on your website.

If you have removed it, could you please embed it again?

If by mistake I missed it, could you give the URL/Page where it is located?

Scroll down. It's the only poll on the page.

    Hi,

Thank you for providing additional information.

I have made a test submission on your form to replicate and investigate further the issue, I hope that's okay. I was able to reproduce the issue on my end, It seems that the issue is on the browser's settings, in which the site and the pop-ups and redirects. Please refer to my screenshots below:

1607998313 5fd81b691272e Screenshot 1215 Screenshot 10So I have tried to add the site manually on my browser's settings to allow pop-ups and redirects: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95472?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en

Then I was able to submit the form and redirected to the Poll Results app:

Kindly try to verify it on your end if your browser is allowing pop-ups and redirects on your site, if not please add it on your list of sites to allow it. Please do get back to us if the issue persists. Thank you.

    Hi,

I appreciate the response, but that is very far from a serviceable option.

First, I would need to request people disable pop-up blockers.

Most would not understand how to do so. So, there is an instructions element.

If they get that far, the results page takes them off the site. Interesting functionality, but far from ideal for my site.

    Thanks!

I tested your form, but I was unable to replicate the issue you reported.

Can you please test your form again in some other browser as well?

You can also create a visual report instead of the poll or add the poll link on the Thank you page to see if that will make any difference.

I have tried in a number of browsers. Even in your screen shot, after the visitor submits, they are shown the top of the page and redirected to the poll page. A poll is a value add for this site. Something fun for people to do. It is challenging to get people to a website. I don't want them to participate in something fun and be redirected to another page. If you offer the option to embed a poll, visitors should be able to vote and see the results on the same web page after submitting a vote.

    Hi jbabt23,

I tried to submit and I was redirected to this following page: https://jotpoll.com/result/5fd515e1a7c65. Could you kindly confirm if you have made this change recently?

If possible, could you kindly try to embedded using iFrame and let us know if the issue still persist?

    We await your reply.
