Our email address was changed without our authority

    Our account has been stolen from us!

    registrar-au@commonlawbookofdeeds.international


    Why was our email address changed without our authority! This is stealing!

    We seek an immediate remedy and the account restored to our email ! How does this even happen?

    This is illegal - who on your end would authorise this?

    I even added 2 factor Authentication and this didn't stop it???

    Hello,


    We will look into this issue and update you as soon as possible.

    I can see that you are telling us that you have added 2 Factor authentication. Please be advised that this functionality is not available for the moment in JotForm.


    Also, please note that the email address associated with the account cannot just be updated without verifying the changes via your email first.


    While we are looking into the issue, I would strongly recommend that you change your email password as your email itself might have been comprised.


    We will revert back to you as soon as we have an update.

    Hi here is the email - again we DID NOT authorise any email change to our account!

    After a thorough investigation and discussion with our supervisor, we have decided to give access to the account back to you as you are the original owner, please provide us the email address you want to use for the account email so we can assign it.

    Hello Rick,

    It was changed to an email address from the domain commonlawcourtaus.org. Based on your form details and details I found online, you or the website https://www.commonlawbookofdeeds.international seem to be connected to this organization.

    Anyway, I've reverted the account email to registrar-au@commonlawbookofdeeds.international. Please initiate a password reset.
