Not able to login to account.

    I've been trying to log in into my account under the following email dennis.others I have asked that my password be resent numerous times but no luck

    I tried going back to your email and clicked forgot password and your system responded "account suspended"????

    I just want to log in. Please help

    I did check your account and found that it is currently suspended as your form is suspected to be used for phishing. That is the reason why you are unable to login to your account or reset your account password.

    I am escalating this thread to our form review team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

    this was probably due to the numerous times I tried to login/password
    reset/login/password reset

    I have exact the same issue.

    We are using this form for internal reasons. It went from editing mode to disabled mode. Now I am not able to log back in. very sad.
