My Account has run out of space

    Hi


    My Account had run out of space as one user was able to send multiple photo's with their submission.

    I have deleted all but 17 submissions so should now have lots of space however its still showing i have run out of space.

    Can you correct this?

    For the future will it automatically update when i have deleted submissions or do i need to contact you each time to reset it?

    Apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    I recalculated your usage Upload Storage Space usage and it is now 0 B. I also re-activated your account. If the same issue happens again, after you delete your form submissions, let us know.
