Forms Duplications

Hello, sometimes when my staff submits forms they get duplicated. most of the time this happens growing from offline to online.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. With which form you are having this issue with? I did check the submissions of your last edited form "HIV Testing Consent / Demographics" and I was able to find out one duplicate submission.

Is the issue happening when the data of offline submissions are synced? Before the data is synced, form does not show any duplicate data in app? I do not see any reason how the submission data can be duplicated when the data is synced.

I would suggest you to please monitor your submissions and get back to us if you see the duplicate submissions again after data sync, we will take a look.
