Account: Password reset link expires immediately

    Hi,

    I’ve forgotten my password. When I’ve sent a Forgot Password request, I receive an email with a button and a link within a minute or so of the request. I’ve clicked both the button and the link immediately after receiving the email, but I keep getting the message that the request has expired and to send another request. I’m very confused about what’s happening. I’ve been doing all of the above from my iPhone, if that matters.

    Hi Tab,

    It looks like the email you used in this ticket is not associated with any account within JotForm. Are you perhaps referring to another email?
