the submitted forms stopped being sent to my email

    Hello,

    I have checked the email associated with your account and it is not in the bounce list.

    However, I am getting this error in your email logs.

    Current Server: /var/log/jotform/smtpEMAIL.log:[19/Aug/2013:14:51:30 -0400] NoUserName SendMail to patrick@vahlreportingservice.com from noreply@jotform.com Last-Form-ID : IP : 67.163.18.254 Form-ID: 10553423188

    If the Sender Email address is not a big issue for you, simply choose noreply@jotform.com. Otherwise, you have 3 options
    1. Use the Mandrill option if you need the Email question to be shown as the "From" address. This is specially useful when setting up Email Notifications and Autoresponders.
    2. Verify your email address if you just want to show your own email address as the "From" address. This is specially useful when setting up Autoresponders.
    3.You can even use your own SMTP server settings for the same purpose above.
