Dropbox not sending files

    I already wrote to you about this and your response had nothing to do with my problem.

    Here is the problem. I use your jotform to have clients go to my website, fill out information and upload a file which is then synced into my dropbox.

    This is not working. Nothing is appearing in my dropbox.

    I need to fix this right away. We might need to actualluy talk or chat. Here is the link to my website.


    It is NOT POSSIBLE to show you a screenshot of files not being uploaded to my dropbox. It is the absence of the upload that is the problem.

    We apologize for the confusion.

    Can you please make sure you are looking at the right folder? If you open the integration again, you will see a link where the submissions are stored.

    If this is the location where you are looking, can you please let us know is the PDF document created? Are only uploaded files missing?

    Could you please try to remove the integration, clear the form's cache, and then add the integration again?
