I got the following email from you guys, however, i have not used up all the limits of my account. I have not uploaded 100mb in the current month. Can you please provide details as to what exactly i have used up and which files were uploaded that caused this 100mb to finish? Also, when will the month finish and when will my forms be enabled again?

As I have checked your account and it is disable due to overlimit used of memorry space.
The 100MB memory allowance is the memory that's been used up for file uploads.
In your case you have your form that is asking for drawings and with several submissions. So the probable caused of suspension of the account is due to uploaded files that reached the limit for a free account which is 100MB.
I highly suggest that you upgrade your account to continue use your forms.
However, To be able to free-up some space if you are not planning to upgrade is to delete the submission data.
I will go ahead and activate your account and give some few space left so that if you will plan to delete submissions or upgrade your account, you can do so.

isn't is 100mb per month? or is it 100mb per account at any single time from all months accumulated?
Upload storage space utilization does not get reset every month. To free up your upload storage space, you should actually delete submissions which has upload file attached to it.
At any given point of time your upload storage space utilization should not cross 100 MB.
