How can a customer cancel their subscription

    I want to set-up subscriptions for my business in my jotform but I do not understand how a customer will be able to cancel it when they are ready?


    I want to charge $20 per month for a single QR code service I am launching. Each Customer will most likely have multiple subscriptions (QR codes) running at any given time - 1 QR code per location. I want to understand:

    • How the customer will be able to manage all their subscriptions and choose which one to cancel (Where does the customer log-in to manage them? how are they labeled? Can you customize labeling of the subscription so it's easy for them to decide?
    • Which payment processor is best for running these types of subscriptions where the customer can view and manage each subscription and cancel each when needed?

    Most of the time, they will have to contact the form owner to cancel their subscription, and you will need to cancel from the payment gateway account/dashboard you've used. (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Square)

    I've checked some of your forms and it seems like you are using SQUARE. There are two ways of how a subscription can be canceled in SQUARE.

    Can you please elaborate on what you mean by this? When setting up a subscription to sell, you should be able to label/name each subscription according to its level or plan.

    I'm not really sure what's the best payment gateway for your requirement, but you might want to consider PayPal.
